At Tranquil Intentions Massage & Bodywork, each session is thoughtfully designed to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. I provide individualized massage therapy that blends intuitive touch with professional technique — helping you release tension, ease discomfort, and reconnect with a sense of calm.

Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic muscle tightness or simply craving a quiet moment to unwind, this is your space to relax, restore, and breathe deeply.

I am currently located in the Port Schuyler area of Watervliet, NY, inside the Intentions Building at 625 3rd Avenue.

Tranquil Intentions Massage & Bodywork will be relocating to:

Your massage experience will remain just as peaceful — a private, quiet studio within a shared beauty-suite environment, complete with a comfortable waiting area and shared restrooms.

Appointments scheduled on or after November 1 will take place at the new location. If you’ve already booked for November, your confirmation will automatically reflect the updated address.

To Book an Appointment:

Click the "Book Online" (in the menu panel above) or the "Schedule Appointment" button below and then click the "Book Now" button to schedule your appointment. When booking your appointment online, please click continue at the bottom and follow through all the way to the end until you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation, your appointment is not booked. It may take a few minutes to receive the confirmation. Please note that first time bookers will be required to create an account. Our old booking system (Genbook) has merged with Booksy. Please text 518-817-6876 if you are having issues with booking online or need to reschedule your appointment.
